Buy with confidence. Our paddleboards (and accessories included in our SUP packages) all carry a 1-year warranty covering any manufacturing faults. This commences from the date of purchase. This does not include any damage or defects incurred through normal wear and tear or due to negligence. Examples of negligence include, but are not limited to, SUP damage due to prolonged sun exposure, damage or breakage due to occurrences outside of our control, damage due to improper inflation (e.g. using a high pressure compressor to inflate) or damage due to salt-water corrosion.
In the event of a warranty claim we reserve the right to either have the product repaired or, if this is not possible, we will replace with an equivalent replacement product at no cost to you. We will do all we can to resolve any issues arising from faulty goods.
